Skunkworks Meeting: County Charter Reform

At our member meeting in October 2024, we discussed the state of Multnomah County and what reform for the County charter might look like. Susheela Jayapal, former Multnomah County Commissioner, has offered to lead a skunkworks group with the goal of providing recommendations to reform the Multnomah County charter.
