Mt Goats Meeting: Impact of the 2023 legislative session on local governments in Oregon

On Wednesday, October 25th North Star is hosting a gathering for the Oregon Mountain Goats to learn about and the impact of the 2023 legislative session on local governments in Oregon.

To help us dig into this issue, we will be joined by state legislators who have worked in local government.

  • Representative Mark Gamba, who represents Milwaukie and parts of Southeast Portland (HD 41) and previously served as the Mayor of Milwaukie, as well as on the Milwaukie City Council and Milwaukie’s Panning Commission.

  • Representative Ben Bowman, who represents Tigard, Metzger, and South Beaverton (HD 25) and previously served as the Chair of Tigard-Tualatin School Board.

  • Representative Pam Marsh, who represents Southern Jackson County (HD 5) and previously served on the Ashland City Council and as a member of the Ashland Planning Commission.

This event is open to guests. Please reach out if you want to learn more: marina@northstarcivic.org
